Diego Arbelaez is an experienced Software Engineering Manager at Upland Software, having held various roles including Software Engineering Lead, Software Architect, and Assistant Vice President since April 2006. Diego is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications to meet business requirements, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality software delivery within defined timeframes. Prior to Upland Software, Diego worked as an Interstate Planner at A. Santini Moving & Storage Co. Diego holds a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, earned between 1999 and 2004.
