Maroš Jančo is a Senior ML Engineer at Upheal since November 2023, focusing on generative AI techniques such as natural language generation with large language models, agents, and tools. Prior to this role, Maroš served as an AI & Product Consultant at ATEN Consult, providing expertise in AI product strategy and go-to-market approaches, and as a Senior Data Scientist at Cervest, where responsibilities included prototyping quantitative models and leading product features. Maroš's earlier experience includes working as a Machine Learning Researcher at BNP Paribas, where the focus was on deploying NLP models for tasks such as named entity recognition and content recommendations. Maroš also held internships at Kiwi.com as a Data Analyst/Machine Learning Intern and at Imperial College London as a Research Intern. Maroš holds a BSc (Hons) & ARCS in Mathematics with Statistics for Finance from Imperial College London and a Master’s Degree in Machine Learning from UCL.
