Bente Halvorsen currently serves as the Direktør kundesenter at UPHEADS, focusing on delivering top IT services to small and medium-sized businesses since December 2019. Prior to this role, Bente worked as a Treningsinstruktør gruppetrening at Aktiv Treningssenter, where certification as a Les Mills Trainer in Sh'Bam and BodyVive was achieved. Experience includes leadership positions such as Avdelingsleder at Kredinor, overseeing collections at one of Norway's largest debt collection agencies, and Kundesenterleder at Telenor, managing the B2B Customer Contact Center. Bente also held roles in recruitment and sales as a key account manager at Emmy & Oscar AS, team manager at GE Money Bank, and instructor for gymnastics teams. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Management from BI Norwegian Business School and studies at the University of Stavanger.
