Ivan Khritonenko is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in back-end and front-end development, specializing in scalable multi-threaded applications and integration solutions. Currently serving as a Principal Software Developer at Upgrade, Inc. since August 2020, Ivan has previously held key positions at OneSpan, SoftClub, and ERPBEL, where notable contributions included the development of the OneSpan Sign E-Signature platform and a retail banking solution which achieved market leadership in Belarus. Proficient in multiple programming languages and technologies including Java, PL/SQL, and various middleware, Ivan has demonstrated a strong ability in CI/CD implementations and leading development teams. Ivan holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Belarussian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
