Udit Dalakoti is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various strategic roles, currently serving as a Strategic HR Partner and Chief of Staff in the CHRO's office at upGrad since November 2022. Previously, Udit was an HR Business Partner at Zomato and held a Senior Executive position at Godrej Consumer Products Limited, where responsibilities included leading learning and development initiatives across multiple countries and managing e-learning agendas during the COVID-19 pandemic. Udit's earlier experience includes leadership roles at AIESEC India and AIESEC in Delhi IIT, focusing on talent management and organizational operations.
