Shanika G. is an experienced Data Engineer and Analyst at Upfront Healthcare Services since April 2022. Previously, Shanika held the position of IT Support Technician at Columbia University Information Technology from June 2018 to October 2021, where collaboration with over five cross-functional teams enhanced support for various technology resources impacting more than 10,000 students. As an intern at Rutgers University, Shanika developed a customer relationship management database that matched 1,500 students with internships.
