Gilberto Santos, MSc, has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Gilberto started with Webtech Tecnologia de Informação Ltda in 2010, where they served as the Gerente de Desenvolvimento (Development Manager) until April 2018. In April 2018, they joined UpFlux Process Mining as a Software Engineer and quickly transitioned into the role of Tech Lead. Gilberto has been with UpFlux Process Mining since then, showcasing their expertise in software development and leadership.

Gilberto Santos, MSc, began their education in 2009 at Senai, where they pursued a degree in Técnico em informática, with a specialization in Tecnologia da Informação. Gilberto completed this program in 2010. Following this, they attended Universidade da Região de Joinville from 2011 to 2015. During this time, they worked towards a Bachelor's degree in Sistema de Informação, focusing on Gestão de Sistemas de Informação. Finally, in 2018, Gilberto enrolled in Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, where they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Informática, with a specialization in Process mining.
