Harm Mescher has a diverse and extensive work experience in the IT consulting and software industry. Harm started their career at DA Consulting Group in 1998 as a consultant and project manager, where they gained valuable experience in SAP R/3 implementations for major companies across Europe. During this time, they developed strong project management skills, overseeing multi-million pound training programs and leading teams of 25 consultants in various locations.

In 2001, Harm transitioned to Mescher Consulting, where they worked as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant. In this role, they provided IT consulting services to clients, specializing in SAP end-user training and support strategies. Notable clients included Getronics, Unilever, and Polaroid.

After two years, Harm joined RWD Technologies in 2003 and held multiple roles during their tenure. As the Benelux & Nordics Director, they were responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Benelux and Nordic offices. This involved people management, business development, direct sales, and establishing a partner sales channel. Harm also developed partnerships with SAP and strategic system integrators. Later, they became the SAP Alliance Director EMEA, driving revenue, profitability, and joint market offerings with SAP throughout the EMEA region.

In 2010, Harm transitioned to ANCILE Solutions as the Sales Director EMEA & APJ. In this role, they managed a team of sales executives, solution engineers, and professional service consultants in 6 countries across EMEA and APJ. Their responsibilities included overseeing sales and professional service activities, driving business through ANCILE's partner network (SAP, OpenText, HP & EMC), and direct sales.

Harm's career progressed further at ANCILE Solutions, and they were promoted to the role of Sr. Vice President EMEA & APJ in July 2019. As the Sr. Vice President, they provided strategic leadership and played a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the EMEA and APJ regions.
