Rimel Kataria has extensive work experience in the financial industry, starting in 2002 with NatWest as a Bank Manager. They worked in this role until September 2016. From September 2016 to June 2020, Rimel served as an Assistant Store Manager at Metro Bank (UK). In October 2020, they joined the Financial Ombudsman Service as an Investigator, staying until March 2021. Rimel currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success at Updraft, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they also held the role of Customer Experience Specialist at Updraft, beginning in March 2021.
Rimel Kataria attended Newham College of Further Education from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. In addition, Rimel obtained the certification in Future Leaders Management from RBS in March 2008.
