Jonathan Kalibbala is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture, customer success, and technical account management. Currently serving as a Staff Technical Account Manager at Upbound since July 2023, Jonathan focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving satisfaction through technical expertise in Platform Engineering and Upbound Universal Crossplane on Kubernetes. Previously, Jonathan held roles at HashiCorp as a Global Senior Customer Success Manager, guiding clients through cloud adoption and migration, and at Deloitte, Infiniti Consulting Group, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and McKesson, leading cloud solution implementations and infrastructure provisioning for large-scale organizations.
