Kaspars Engelis has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Project Manager at UPB, AS since September 2012, where previous roles included Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager. Prior to UPB, Kaspars worked as a Production Engineer at Aile grupa from June 2010 to May 2012. Educationally, Kaspars holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, completed in 2014.
