Sascha Kelterborn possesses extensive experience in executive leadership and strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at UP Catalyst since November 2024, Sascha previously held multiple key positions at Microvast, Inc., including Chief Revenue Officer, President, and SVP of Sales & Marketing for the Western Globe from January 2018 to October 2024. Sascha also operated as Managing Director at Microvast GmbH (EMEA) and MICROVAST POWER SYSTEMS UK LIMITED, and served as Managing Partner at Kelterborn & Partner, a consultancy specializing in marketing, sales, and business development. Prior experience includes significant roles at OAO Vossloh Fastening Systems Russia and Vossloh AG, where leadership contributions spanned several executive functions. Educationally, Sascha holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Kiel University of Applied Sciences.
