Sharon Lau is an experienced Associate Director in Equity Capital Markets at UOB Kay Hian, a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, Sharon served as a Senior Associate in Equity Capital Markets at China Everbright Securities from May 2012 to 2017. Throughout their career, Sharon has participated in the execution of equity transactions, prepared deal pitching materials including valuation analyses and peer comparisons, and coordinated marketing efforts with sales and research teams. Additionally, Sharon has managed roadshows and maintained strong client relationships among companies and investors.
