Tania Powell is an experienced professional in proposition development and product management, currently serving as a Proposition Development Consultant at Unum since February 2024. Previously, Tania held the position of Head of Propositional Development at Nucleus Financial from June 2022 to March 2023, contributing to the merger of James Hay and Nucleus and overseeing pricing, governance, and customer feedback. Tania's earlier experience includes six years at James Hay Partnership, where roles included Head of Product and Head of Insight, leading major transformation initiatives and managing regulatory compliance. Prior experience at Transact spanned various roles including Insights Manager, Market Research Analyst, Client Service Manager, and Custody Asset Administrator, all contributing to data analysis and customer service. Tania holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Mathematics with Statistics from the University of Portsmouth.
