Scott Carter is an accomplished finance and actuarial professional with extensive experience at Unum, where tenure spans from 1998 to the present, holding various senior leadership positions including SVP and Chief Actuary, VP of Global Financial Planning and Analysis, and VP of the CFO Core Market Segment. In addition to a successful corporate career, Scott served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Maine Boys to Men from October 2015 to October 2021. Scott holds an AB degree in Economics and Mathematics from Cornell University, earned between 1995 and 1998, and completed secondary education at GNG High.
