Phil Dake is an experienced professional in the benefits and operations sector, currently serving as the AVP of Quoting Operations at Unum since April 2019. Previously, Phil held multiple roles at Unum, including Director of Voluntary Benefits Development and Manager of Quote Unum. Before returning to Unum, Phil was the Eligibility Operations Manager at Cigna, focusing on Eligibility and ID Card maintenance and strategy. Phil's earlier tenure at Unum included managing implementation services and benefit administration teams. Phil completed education at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga between 1995 and 1997.
