Julie Schwetz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Transformation at Unum since August 2018, Julie has previously held roles such as Assistant Vice President and Director of Digital Transformation. Julie’s background in the United States Military Academy at West Point includes acting as Director of Cadet Activities, where management of a $28M P&L and a 200+ member organization was key, and serving as Interim Director of Human Resources, leading an 8-person team to support over 8,000 military personnel. Julie's experience also encompasses a role as Marketing Operations and Licensing Director, as well as an Academic Instructor. Julie’s military service as a Logistics Officer in the US Army further exemplifies strong leadership capabilities, demonstrated through team management in operational contexts. Educational achievements include an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a BS in American Politics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
