Oliver Kring is an experienced professional specializing in HR solutions and IT management, currently serving as the Head of SuccessFactors Design & Development at Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller since April 2024. In this role, Oliver is responsible for leading a global team in optimizing SuccessFactors solutions, driving HR digitalization, and ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
