Rajaa Owais is an experienced social worker with a focus on child protection and support for vulnerable populations. Currently serving as a Case Manager in the RRSP at UNRWA since April 2023, Rajaa previously held roles at UNRWA in protection and emergency contexts, along with serving as a Field Coordinator and Positive Discipline Counselor at Save the Children International. Rajaa has also contributed to research on gender-based violence and early marriage as a Research Assistant at Columbia University. With a degree in social work from the University of Jordan, Rajaa is dedicated to the safety and well-being of children and families, employing best practices in case management and community support initiatives.
