Ishika Chatterjee is an Associate Protection Officer with UNRWA, where responsibilities involve supporting protection programs for Palestine refugees, particularly focusing on gender-based violence and disability initiatives. Previous roles include serving as an Editor at Parichay and working as a Story Scholar with The 1947 Partition Archive, documenting oral histories of 1947 South Asian Partition survivors. Ishika's experience spans editorial positions such as Editor for the student-run academic journal at St. Xavier's College and an Editorial Intern at Film Companion, along with leadership roles in events like Leadership Summit 2019 and MalharFest. Additionally, Ishika has experience in education as a Teaching Assistant at Punarvas Special School. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies at the University of Oxford, Ishika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from St. Xavier's College.
