Monika Rakauskaitė has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Monika started their career as a Midwife at various hospitals, including The Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Kauno klinikos and P. Mažeylis Maternity Hospital. In this role, they provided care for patients, offered counseling during pregnancy, assisted with childbirth, and provided support to newborns and mothers. Monika also handled documentation duties in women's counseling in obstetrics and gynecology divisions.

Monika later transitioned into the field of Quality Assurance (QA) and worked as a QA Engineer at Flexn. Their responsibilities included creating test cases and bug reports, conducting manual testing for various platforms such as mobile devices, web, and TV, and performing test automation using tools like WebdriverIO and Selenium. Monika Rakauskaitė completed their Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics from Kaunas University of Technology between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Professional Bachelor Diploma in Nurse Midwife/Nursing Midwifery from Kaunas University of Applied Sciences between 2012 and 2016. Their high school education was completed at Kaunas Dainavos High School from 2001 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Monika Rakauskaitė also obtained several certifications. Monika completed "The Ultimate React Native Series: Advanced Concepts" at Code With Mosh in August 2022, "The Ultimate React Native Series: Fundamentals" at Code With Mosh in April 2020, and a Software tester course at ReactSeals in June 2020.
