Kathi Eddy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of People and Development at Unlimited Service Group since November 2021, Kathi oversees HR for a division that services commercial kitchens. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at REEDS Jewelers and Director of Human Resources at Signet, where Kathi focused on streamlining processes and enhancing organizational design strategies. Kathi has also held roles as Global Senior HR Business and OD Partner at Premier Farnell, HR Generalist at Acument Global Technologies, HR Manager at Roetzel & Andress, HR Manager at BWS of Summit & Medina Counties, and HR Supervisor at Tire Centers, LLC. Kathi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kent State University and an Associate Degree in Applied Business Technology from Southern Ohio College.
