Wendy Janssen possesses extensive experience in management and human resources, currently serving as Zaakvoerder at Macopro since July 2017, focusing on coaching, process optimization, and improvement in various business areas. As a bestuurslid for UNIZO Bocholt since December 2019, Wendy contributes to organizational leadership. Previously, Wendy founded and directed Sthep from 2007 to 2022, growing it into an inclusive organization with 135 employees, while also managing various operational, strategic, and HR functions. Wendy's earlier roles include relatiemanager at Allanta vzw and assistant to the managing director at SCOPE security solutions, alongside co-owning an electrical works firm and working in the hospitality sector. Wendy's educational foundation is from UC Leuven-Limburg, where studies were completed from 1990 to 1993.
