Bo Sepehr studied Molecular Biology and Mathematics at the California State University of Northridge. Bo began their career in 2000 as an Investment Advisor at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. In 2002, they became a National Business Development Manager at MILA. In 2006, they took on the role of Area Sales Manager at Freedom Mortgage. From 2007 to 2010, they were the National Business Development Manager at Lehman Brothers. In 2010, they joined Data Research Network, Inc. dba: HireSafe as the Director of Technology and Marketing. In 2012, they founded and became the CEO of Uniwebb Software. In 2017, they were appointed Chairman of the Board at Uniweb Media.

Bo Sepehr attended California State University, Northridge from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology.
