Funda Lundgren is a passionate and results-driven professional with over 7 years of experience in employer branding and talent solutions. Currently serving as Global Client Project Manager Team Lead at Universum since January 2021, Funda orchestrates impactful projects aimed at enhancing employer brand recognition and talent attraction strategies across Europe. Previously, Funda held various roles at Universum, including Senior Employer Branding Consultant and Employer Branding Consultant for the EMEA region, where advisory services were provided to senior stakeholders. Earlier career experiences include serving as Country Manager for Potentialpark in the DACH region, and roles in management, branding, and finance at organizations such as EF Education First, COS, Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf, and NOA Bank. Funda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and General Management from the University of Sunderland.
