Mike Walters serves as an Adjunct Professor in Civil Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since January 2022, where responsibilities include teaching, conducting research, advising graduate students, and participating in campus committees. In addition, Mike Walters is a Principal at Salas O'Brien and previously held significant roles at MEP Associates, LLC, Fovea, LLC, Confluenc, and AEI/Affiliated Engineers, Inc., with a focus on business development, consulting in energy and sustainability, and enhancing organizations’ decision-making capabilities. Mike Walters holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, earned between 1996 and 2000.
