Howard Schweber is a Professor of Political Science and Legal Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where involvement spans from September 1999 to the present, and also holds an affiliation with the Law School and Integrated Liberal Studies. Since 2016, Howard Schweber has served as the Founding Editor of Constitutional Studies and has been a Special Advisor to the President at Nazarbayev University since 2014. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Government from Cornell University, a Master's degree in History from the University of Chicago, a Doctor of Law from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania.
