Cassaundra Thorpe is a dedicated development professional currently serving as an NCAA Leadership Development Facilitator, focusing on student-athlete leadership at the 2024 Student-Athlete Leadership Forum. With past roles including Associate Director of Leadership & Inclusion at Wisconsin Athletics, Cassaundra has consistently promoted inclusive leadership and community for student-athletes. They also held positions at Kent State University as an Athletic Academic Counselor and at the University of Cincinnati as Director of Student-Athlete Development. Cassaundra earned a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, building on a foundation of a Master's in Psychology and Counseling from Springfield College.
