Kaela Koundakjian is an experienced professional in student life and content creation. Currently serving as the Residence Life Coordinator at Lambton College since May 2021, Kaela oversees student life and programming while managing a team of student staff. Previous roles include Residence Services Representative at Lambton College, where communication with students and responsiveness to emergencies were key responsibilities. Kaela also functions as a Twitch Affiliate, streaming content three nights a week. Prior experience includes various residential life positions at Wilfrid Laurier University, where Kaela advised students and facilitated community integration. Additionally, Kaela worked in customer service roles at EB Games Canada and The Stedman Community Bookstore. Kaela holds a Bachelor of Fine and Applied Arts degree in Game and Interactive Media Design from Wilfrid Laurier University.
