Samantha Einarson, DBA, currently serves as the Director of MBA Program Operations at the University of Washington since January 2023, previously holding the position of Senior Associate Director, Operations. At Charles Wright Academy from August 2021 to January 2023, Samantha provided leadership in operations across multiple departments, spearheading the development of key operational policies. Prior roles include Head of Lean and Workforce Development at Pierce Transit, where operational matters were directed in various development programs, and President of Valkyrie Consulting and Certification, focusing on Continuous Process Improvement. Additionally, experience includes roles in human resources and program management within military organizations and government departments, complemented by an extensive educational background with multiple advanced degrees from Liberty University and Columbia College.
