Jinsu Ha is a driven individual currently working as a Real Estate Private Equity Investment Analyst Intern at TMR Investments, a Seattle-based private equity firm focusing on multifamily investments in the Western U.S. Jinsu is also the President of the University of Washington Investment Group, where they lead a team to prioritize learning about investments and buy-side careers. Additionally, Jinsu holds various roles within the organization, including Investment Committee member, Senior Advisor, Director of Education Committee and Macroeconomics, Senior Analyst, Junior Financial Analyst, and Research Analyst in the Education Committee. Outside of the university, Jinsu has gained professional experience at J.P. Morgan, Seattle Finance Collective, and ADU.Works, among others. Jinsu also has a background in mentorship and leadership roles, working with underrepresented high school students as a Mentor-In-Training for Young Executives of Color and leading a student-led startup as Director of Rho Innovate. Jinsu holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, General from the University of Washington.
