Allison Fiore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Allison started their career in 2000 as an Executive Assistant at Sapient. From 2001 to 2014, they worked at Columbia University in various roles, including Development Assistant, Development Officer, Associate Director of Annual Fund Programs, and Deputy Director of Annual Fund Programs. During this time, they managed budgets, oversaw direct marketing staff, and focused on project management, budget, editing, and strategy. Since 2014, Allison has been employed at the University of Vermont Foundation. Allison initially served as the Director of Annual Giving for Academic Health Sciences and later became the Executive Director. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Vice President for Advancement Services, Academic Health Sciences, where they lead teams responsible for Annual Giving, donor relations, data management, and gift processing. Allison also manages the AHS operating budget and oversees various grant programs.

Allison Fiore's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Strategic Communications from Columbia University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1998, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Binghamton University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
