Rose James is an experienced educator currently serving as an Associate Teacher at University of Toronto Schools, where responsibilities include teaching grades 7-12 in English, visual arts, and history, as well as supporting hybrid learning environments. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Toronto, where contribution was made to a literature review and the organization of a conference, and as an Educational Program Facilitator at Monarque Tutoring, focusing on extracurricular programming for children. Rose has also worked as a Substitute Teacher in various school boards, gaining experience across all grade levels, including supporting special education students. Rose holds a Master of Arts in Social Justice Education from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Education in English Language and Literature from McGill University.
