Tim Zemaitis serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at University of Toledo Physicians, LLC, where responsibilities include guiding the Human Resources Department’s overall strategy and overseeing all aspects of hiring support, employee relations, benefits administration, and training programs. Previously, Tim held roles at ProMedica as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, providing HR support to the ProMedica Physician Group, and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. Earlier experience includes serving as Internal Recruitment Team Lead and Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Pontoon Solutions, and as Area Manager at Employment Plus, along with an Account Manager position at Select Staffing. Tim holds a Master's degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, and an Associate of Arts degree from Muskegon Community College.
