Michelle Alarcon serves as the President of Z-Lift Solutions, Inc. since June 2013, where efforts focus on enabling organizations to excel in analytics through business development, strategic partnerships, and program advisory. Additionally, Michelle has contributed to academia as a Professorial Lecturer in the Professional Master in Data Science and Analytics program at the University of the Philippines since March 2021. Previous experience includes roles such as Practice Director at Infor, Senior Manager at Lawson Software, Senior Manager in the Customer Analytics Department at Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company, Business Development and Senior Consultant at Soluziona, and Programmer Analyst at Online Advanced Systems. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines and has a solid foundation in Business Intelligence, project management, and team leadership across diverse industries.
