Rosa Moraes is an experienced educator and program director specializing in early childhood education. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of the District of Columbia since January 2019, Rosa employs various instructional methodologies to enhance adult education and student academic success. Rosa has held leadership positions, including ECE Program Director at Martha's Table and the Reginald S Lourie Center for Infants and Young Children-Head Start Program, overseeing compliance with education regulations and ensuring high-quality early childhood programming. Prior roles include Background Investigator at the DC Child and Family Services Agency and Standards and Compliance Officer at CentroNía, where Rosa developed compliance programs and procedures. Rosa holds a Master of Arts in Education and Special Education from The Catholic University of America and a degree in Human Development/Early Childhood Education from Trinity Washington University.
