Cecil White, EdD, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned executive and educator with expertise in organizational leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Digital Learning Products since 2022, Cecil leads an organization that collaborates with training providers to deliver electronic learning solutions for certification training in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management. In addition to this role, Cecil has been an Adjunct Lecturer at Mona School of Business and Management and the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean since 2009 and 2019, respectively, focusing on executive learning and various management subjects. Past leadership positions include Chief Executive Officer at University Hospital of the West Indies and Vice President of Operations at National Health Fund, demonstrating strategic oversight in multiple board roles. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, an MBA from Barry University, and a BSc in Chemistry & Applied Physics from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
