Stavros A. Pitsikalis currently serves as Laboratory Teaching Staff (E.DI.P.) at the Department of Preschool Education Sciences & Educational Design at the University of the Aegean since December 2023, and has been the Co-ordinator of the EduTech Digital Innovation Hub at the Lifelong Learning Programs of the University of the Aegean since 2021. Pitsikalis has held the position of Research Associate at the University of the Aegean since September 2017, and has been an Instructor at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government (EKDDA) since September 2013. Additional roles include Head of various units at the Hellenic Institute of Educational Policy from September 2017 to December 2023, as well as extensive experience in non-formal education, including positions with the Ministry of Education, Research and Religious Affairs. Pitsikalis's academic journey includes a PhD candidacy at the University of the Aegean and advanced degrees in Technology Education and Digital Systems from the University of Piraeus and Technology Electronic Engineering Educators.
