Constantina Skanavis is a distinguished academic serving as a Professor in the Department of Public and Community Health at the University of West Attica since January 2019, focusing on Environmental Communication, Education, and Public Health Promotion. Additionally, Constantina has been a Professor at the University of the Aegean since September 2001, specializing in Environmental Education and Communication. Prior academic experience includes a role as a Professor in Environmental Health and Communication at California State University Los Angeles from September 1988 to May 2001, and as a Professor in Environmental Microbiology at the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic from September 1985 to September 1990. Constantina holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Health and Education from UCLA and an M.S. in Environmental Microbiology from California State University Long Beach.
