Victoria Way is a capable professional currently serving as a Capability Coordinator at the University of Technology Sydney since May 2024. Previously, Victoria held roles including Product Management Fellow at Startmate and participated in the award-winning Proto X startup program with INCUBATE, where mentorship and idea development were key components. Victoria's experience spans various positions such as User Experience Researcher at Google, Behavioural Strategy Executive at The Behavioural Architects, and Market Research Analyst at Gateway Research. Mastering skills in project management, customer experience, research analysis, and design thinking, Victoria also holds a Master's degree in Design Innovation and Design Strategy from the University of Sydney, along with ongoing studies in Service Design and UX Transform at Academy Xi. Prior education includes a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Psychology from the University of Sydney.
