Chad Mahindapala is a seasoned IT portfolio and program management professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior IT Portfolio Office Manager at the University of Technology Sydney, Chad has successfully uplifted P3M3 Maturity to Level 3, enhancing over 60 PPM processes and achieving a 95% project success rate in 2022-2023. Previous roles include the Head of Program Management Office at AGL Energy, where Chad established a new program delivery framework, and the EPMO Portfolio Governance & Reporting Manager at Tabcorp, focusing on governance standards and EPMO capabilities.
