Asif Gill is a Professor of Computer Science at the University of Technology Sydney, specialising in Large Scale Data and Digital Ecosystems since January 2013. Gill also serves as the Head of Discipline for Software Engineering, leading Cyber, Data, and Software Teams, and is the Director of the DigiSAS Lab, focusing on Data and Digital Ecosystems and Strategy. Additionally, Gill holds various leadership roles, including Non Executive Director at Just Better Care Bankstown Ryde Parramatta and Chair of the Future Generation Enterprise Architecture Community of Practice. Involvement in several committees includes membership in the Digital Government Society and the Higher Education CAUDIT Enterprise Architects Community. Gill's educational background includes a PhD in Computing from the University of Technology Sydney, a Master's in Business from the University of Newcastle, Circular Economy & Sustainability Strategies from the University of Cambridge, and Public Policy Analysis from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
