Jason Harris is a Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Sydney, where they teach and conduct research in corporate, commercial, insolvency, and contract law. With 23 years of experience as a full-time academic, Jason has authored 13 books and published over 100 articles. They are an active member of various practitioner committees, including the Law Council of Australia and the Governance Institute of Australia, and have served as President of the Corporate Law Teachers Association. Jason previously held positions at the UTS Faculty of Law and UNSW, and they currently contribute to several professional organizations while leading the Law Committee at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
