Monica Gluhak is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Exec Office Assistant and PA to the Chief Operating Officer and the Vice-President of Strategic Growth at the University of Surrey. Since 2009, Monica has also held the position of HR Operations Team Leader, responsible for managing HR Administrators and ensuring the provision of effective HR services while fostering the development of the HR Operations team. Prior roles include Assistant HR Advisor, where Monica managed operational HR matters for the Faculty, and HR Assistant from June 2007 to July 2009. Monica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Surrey and has also pursued education at Farnborough College of Technology and Instituto Santa Ana y San Joaquin.
