James Pickett is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and productivity services. Currently serving as the Digital Productivity Services Manager at the University of Surrey since July 2001, James leads agile DevOps teams to enhance Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 applications, focusing on automation and customer satisfaction.
