Hollie Baker has extensive experience in higher education and community outreach, currently serving as Interim Joint Head of Student Experience (Access & Participation) and Deputy Head of Widening Participation and Outreach at the University of Surrey since January 2013. In addition, Hollie has been a Trustee at Action for Carers Surrey since March 2020. Previous roles include Widening Participation and Outreach Manager, Mentoring Coordinator, and Widening Participation Support Officer. Hollie also has experience as a Research Assistant at Bournemouth University and has held coaching and classroom assistant roles in earlier positions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Forensic Osteology and a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Biology from Bournemouth University and Kingston University, respectively.
