Laura Canas da Costa is a seasoned expert in sustainable finance and public policy, currently serving as a Guest Lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and the University of Zurich. Laura holds the position of APAC Policy Lead at the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative. Previous experience includes roles at Credit Suisse as Vice President of Sustainability Public Policy and at WWF Switzerland as Senior Advisor in Sustainable Finance. Laura has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences. An accomplished advisor and investment manager, Laura has worked with organizations such as the Global Infrastructure Basel Foundation and SUSI Partners AG, alongside completing a trainee program at DEG. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Sciences Po and a Master of Public Policy from Hertie School, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in International Relations from The London School of Economics.
