Tom Gratz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and housing administration. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at the University of Southern California since December 2012, Tom plays a vital role in supporting over 600 undergraduate residents at Cardinal Gardens Apartments. As the Owner of Ripplefid Studio since January 1979, Tom specializes in designing and fabricating unique leaded glass products. Previous roles include Director of Housing at Collegiate Housing Services, where Tom acted as a liaison among students, parents, and apartment communities, and various positions at Stanford University, including Housing Assignment Coordinator and Front Desk Coordinator. Tom's diverse background also includes experience in customer support at Greentorch and a strong foundation in carpentry and craftsmanship for residential and commercial projects. Tom holds a certificate in BioTech Medical Manufacturing from Wilshire Metro Work Source Center and has pursued studies in Architectural Engineering at Glendale Community College.
