Thomas Lenz is an experienced legal professional with a focus on labor and employment law. Since January 2016, Lenz has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Southern California. As a Partner at Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo since February 1992, Lenz provides advice, training, and representation to management clients across various industries, with significant expertise in the construction sector and National Labor Relations Board issues. From September 2017 to September 2018, Lenz acted as Advisor and Past Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the California Lawyers Association, overseeing the transition from the State Bar and contributing to educational initiatives and publications. Previous positions include serving as an Attorney for the National Labor Relations Board and a Law Clerk at the Office of the State's Attorney in Rock Island County, Illinois. Lenz holds a JD from LSU Law and a BA in Spanish and Political Science from Marquette University.
