Samuel Garrison is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in university relations, corporate affairs, and public policy. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of University Relations at the University of Southern California since June 2018, Samuel Garrison has also held the title of Chief of Staff to the Chair of the Board of Trustees, Rick J. Caruso. Previous roles include Principal at GPS Consulting LLC, External Relations Officer at Caltech, and various leadership positions at Caruso, including Vice President of Corporate Affairs. Garrison's experience extends to public policy and government affairs through roles at the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce, City of Los Angeles, U.S. House of Representatives, and United States Senate. Garrison holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
